Plan around the property, not a neighborhood stereotype
Atlanta proposals should be based on the actual building: accessible doors and windows, detached garages, driveway sightlines, porches, tree cover, and internet equipment location. A townhome with shared walls needs a different camera and siren plan from a detached house with a rear alley or long driveway.
Ask each provider to mark the proposed device position on a floor plan. For outdoor cameras, review neighboring windows, sidewalks, and shared spaces so useful coverage does not become unnecessary surveillance. Confirm where low-voltage cable, power, or Wi-Fi extenders would be required.
