1. Scope and who controls the data
This policy applies to dcaged.com and information submitted through our quote-request forms. Dcaged is an independent home-security publisher and quote-request platform. It is not an emergency service or security installer.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit a quote request, we collect the fields shown in the form, including:
- name and phone number;
- city, state, ZIP code, and any neighborhood supplied by the page;
- the type of security service you requested;
- your consent to be contacted about that request; and
- messages or corrections you send to our published email addresses.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may process IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested URL, approximate location, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We use this information to deliver and secure the site and, when analytics consent is granted, to understand aggregate usage.
3. How we use information
- process the quote request you asked us to send;
- identify participating providers that may serve the requested area;
- allow Dcaged or a participating provider to contact you about that request;
- prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and secure the website;
- measure site performance and improve content when you accept analytics; and
- meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider is available or that you will receive a particular number of quotes.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, or information about disclosures of your personal data. You may also have a right to opt out of targeted advertising or sharing treated as a sale under local law.
Send a request to privacy@dcaged.com. State the email address or phone number associated with the request and the right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Authorized agents should provide proof of authority.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. To stop marketing calls or texts about a quote request, tell the caller, reply STOP to a text where supported, or contact us.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to requests, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment card data, medical information, or other sensitive details through a quote form or ordinary email.
8. Children and international processing
Dcaged is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site when appropriate.
